MEET ME AT THE MOVIES is a monthly screening of a classic Hollywood film, sponsored by the Prairie District Neighborhood Alliance, a non-profit community organization based in the South Loop area of Chicago. Screenings take place in the beautiful recital hall at the Sherwood Community Music School at 1312 S. Michigan Ave. Chicago, with a suggested donation of $5.00 at the door. We will pick various popular and/or interesting movies at the Evanston Cinemark Theater to see on either Saturday or Sunday nights. If the film we pick interests you, join us. It is also possible that we go to Bravo's after the movie for a late night snack discussion about the movie.

We are horror fans, whether it be psychological, slasher, supernatural, Zombie (Romero Style) or anything else. We love it all. You should join us if you like to see horror movies in theaters. It does not matter which you prefer we seem them all (Rated R atleast, we usually skip the PG-13 crap). We are friendly and don't bite (hard).
